Scope Boundary

Broken or stuck areas must be submitted in advance through the intake form and will be addressed in priority order. Depending on the complexity of each issue, we may not resolve all three during the session—but Priority #1 will always be addressed first. Anything not included on the intake form will require a separate booking.

If your issue requires rebuilding multiple workflows, restructuring your pipeline, mapping your full client journey, or completing a broader backend review, it will be assessed and quoted separately as a Backend Cleanup or Simplify to Scale™ Operational Audit. We will not shortchange a larger problem by trying to squeeze it into a 90-minute session.
