Let’s Talk Strategies is a business solutions consulting firm focused on simplifying, automating, systematizing, and streamlining operations for sustainable success. For transparency, all invoices and payments will reference both Let’s Talk Strategies, LLC, and Digital CEO Systems (DCS). Services provided through DCS are powered by the GoHighLevel platform, managed and owned by Let’s Talk Strategies, LLC.
These Terms and Conditions are effective as of November 1, 2024, and apply to all existing and future clients. Clients with overdue accounts or a history of repeated late payments are subject to the updated policies for consistent enforcement.
You must be at least 18 years old to access or use our services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and payment details. Unauthorized use of your account is your responsibility.
Due Date: Payments are due at the time of service. Failed Payments: Our system will automatically retry payments up to three times in the event of insufficient funds.
All payments are final. We do not offer refunds for any services rendered unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.
While we strive to maintain uninterrupted access to our platform, service disruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. LTS is not liable for any interruptions beyond our control.
All content, designs, and materials on the Digital CEO Systems platform and Let’s Talk Strategies website are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
Let’s Talk Strategies operates on the GoHighLevel platform. By using our services, you also agree to GoHighLevel’s Terms of Service.
LTS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
