Confidence to Succeed

Failure in 3 Businesses Gave me The Confidence to Succeed As A Women In Business

Just because you fail once, doesn’t mean you’re gonna fail at everything. Keep trying, hold on, and always, always, always believe in yourself, because if you don’t, then who will, sweetie?”
- Marilyn Monroe

After being told several times by the people closest to me that they don’t understand how I can help others make six figures, yet it looks like all your businesses seem to fail.

Imagine hearing or being reminded of this from the people closest to you.  It was a bit overwhelming!

I felt pathetic. I mean, after all, I’m known as “The Strategy Lady”, how is it that I continue to fail at meeting my business goals again and AGAIN? I’ve helped others streamline and scale their businesses and reach their monetary goal of making six figures the first time around…but each time I launched a business, all 3 times, I failed! C’mon!!! My confidence was rock bottom.

The good news is, that I learned a lot from those failed attempts. Mainly that my business lacked well-developed business systems and a clearly defined pricing strategy, and I needed to silence my negative inner voice and use those failures to give me the confidence to succeed.   The reality is all business owners will face failure at some level in their businesses.

Once I saw that it was a lack of systems and the need to change my mindset holding me back – and not my skills or competence as a human – I committed to moving forward expecting positive results in my business.

Flash forward 9 months later I’m converting more prospects into paying clients. I’m excited to share that I’m earning more than I’ve ever earned in my business!

We all have tipping points when a blunder or mistake makes us look within and grow.
